Moka von Mitten is a gorgeous 18 month old German Shepherd. Moka is a wonderful, high-energy girl who bounds out of her kennel with glee, jumping excitedly, although she eventually calms down with correction. She walks well on leash as well as next to other dogs, but might bark or react to passing dogs. Moka is smart, taking corrections well, and is eager to learn new skills -- she would benefit greatly from the free obedience class that comes with adopting her. When she is finally tired out, she sits by you calmly, enjoying her perfunctory belly rub and rolling around in happiness. Moka will make any owner proud in playgroups, as she enters comfortably and does wonderfully with every dog in there. Moka is tolerant of all energy levels, politely sniffing her doggie friends and inviting them to play. She is happy to take on a submissive role with other dogs as well. After saying hi to everyone, she goes back to her handler for more belly rubs and praise. Moka is an all-round great dog who just wants to make her family proud.
